Biography

Scott B. Chapman has practiced law for more than 16 years, focusing his practice in the following areas of law: Litigation; Creditors Rights; Subrogation and Homeowners Association Law.

With offices located in Boca Raton, Mr. Chapman has worked for larger firms as well as practiced as a solo attorney. At The Chapman Law Firm, P. A., Scott focuses his practice on legal services for both individuals and businesses entities, such as insurance companies, banks, business creditors, lenders, surety bond companies, condo and homeowners’ associations.

Listed in Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Pre-Eminent Lawyers, Scott B. Chapman is among the select lawyers who have earned the AV Peer Review Rating. Originally from Ohio, Mr. Chapman has lived in Boca Raton for 14 years and is involved in numerous civic organizations. He provides pro bono legal services through the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and serves on the Board of Trustees for B’nai Torah Congregation, where he is active in fundraising for its youth programs. 

Scott Chapman is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University. He is married and has three children.
